Spanish soccer Fury

During Franco's dictatorship between 1939 and 1975 soccer was a bit thing for Spain. It was highly encouraged by the state. The enemy's  ranged from communists, Freemasons, and freethinkers to Catalan and Basque nationalists most of their soccer team were rooted to their beliefs. Soccer in that time was just more than a pastime it separated  it separated  soccer lovers into democrats and fascists.
Spain was reduced to a playground. With an big increasing number of Spanish people migrating from the countryside to the big cities, in particular Madrid and Barcelona, and the spread first of radio and then television, soccer became the most popular pastime over bullfighting. Spanish fury was soon the name that the English gave to the Spanish soccer. This soon changed with Franco which became the name for the army.

What makes society just

A just society is a society in which people have equal rights, no one should be better than anyone or no one should be treated differently for what they are. A good leader is needed to have a just society, he should make laws that help his citizens. He shouldn't make a law in which some people have a better outcome than others.

soccer in times of Franco

Franco was a Spanish dictator. This dictatorship affected many things in Spain, economy, family and also the Spanish pastime soccer. Franco's favorite team was Real Madrid, this lead the team to win majority of the championships when Franco was alive. Many soccer players died under the hand of Franco. There were many players from other teams that escaped to Argentina with the fear that Franco would kill them. Many of Barcelona's soccer team presidents would be killed. Many teams started to be controlled by the government.   Athletico Bilbao was the strongest team at the time, this was due to the weather they were used to play, they played in wet muddy fields and that made them strong compared to the other players that were used to play in perfect grass. The same thing went off for years, Real Madrid winning games because of the fear from other players and the francists people killing players that disrespected or didn't follow the ideology of franco's perfect Spain.

Why I'm studying Lithuania schools #1

I'm studying Lithuanian schools because i know a little about both schools since i went to a Lithuanian school for four years and then went to american school.  Its very interesting to me to learn the differences between these two schools. I've learned many things that I didn't  know yet.

synthesis & plan

I've learned so far that Lithuanian schools are allot different than American schools. American schools are allot easier and the grading scale is way different from Lithuanian one. There are no school buses in Lithuania so the kids have to either walk to school on get dropped of by their parents to school. The school hours are allot different in Lithuania; school starts at 7a.m. and ends at 1p.m. unlike in america it starts at 8a.m. and ends at 3p.m.
#1 how come the education is much harder in Lithuania then in america?
#2 why aren't there in schools buses in Lithuania?
#3 why don't Lithuanian teachers use the same grading scale like in america ?

Overall Topic #1

1. How did the racism discrimination effect the society today?
2. Does most people still discrimination other people?
3. Where is the first place that discrimination started?
4. What is the Chinese traditional culture?
5. Who created those culture?
6. Why people still carried those cultures today?

What I want to learn is about Syria, Also I want to learned about how the Syrian revolution start and how does it spread to the other city?. I want to make a research about the FSA (Free Syrian Army) to know why do they create it and how do they help the people? I need to collect more information about who support the FSA? and how do they supporting them?

Soccer #5

Federation Internationale de Football Association or in other words FIFA is a worldwide known organization. All the worldwide football tournaments are held by this organization. This a huge tournament that takes place after every 4 years. It contains huge appreciation to it's favorites since that's what they like from all the rest of sports. Even though this event occurs only once in every four years it has achieved a lot of  appreciation and attraction which has many possible reasons behind it. It has becoming one of the most watched events worldwide. These tournaments are also special because they are even bigger than the Olympics which has no match what so ever. There were many reasons that lead to the birth of the FIFA World Cup. Before it didn't exist, there used to be only a single soccer match for soccer players. That tournament used to take place in the Olympics.
As time passed, FIFA suggested for establishing a separate organization for soccer tournament purposes. Soon, the meeting was held and finally on May 28, 1928, FIFA got lucky and succeeded in establishing the organization. FIFA  With FIFA's decision the very first game was supposed to be hosted by Uruguay. Italy was given the chance of hosting the very second tournament after exact four years passed by. Italy got success in that tournament against Czechoslovakia and also received the credit for being a home team. The third FIFA World Cup went safe and sound and was hosted by France but it lost unfortunately against Italy who kept it's winning streak. Than, things got change a little because there was quiet a gap between the third and the fourth one. This was caused because of the interference of the World War II which broke up in Europe. Now a days, FIFA's popularity has increased tremendously because of the fact that it's a huge organization consisting of variety of countries throughout the world. FIFA is trying  to maintain it's identity by focusing on holding their upcoming tournaments in Asia, Middle East, and in Africa. The 2018 tournament is planned to be held in Qatar.
More than half of percentage of the world population likes to be connected with this great sport of Soccer. One of the matches that people would never forget to watch is Barcelona Vs Ac Milan. These type of tournaments occur very often and that is one of the reasons it contains more popularity and appreciation than any other ones. Barcelona is known as one of the best clubs of Spain while AC Milan is known to be the best one from Italy. Both being opponents on the soccer field is quiet a imaginary scene. Lionel Messi-a megastar is a very well known player for FCB. He is a great soccer player who has led his team to the success a lot of times.
Unlike any other player I have mentioned so far, Ronaldo is the best of all. He is one of them who has inspired me since I got into this soccer stuff. His full name is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro who was born on February 5th 1985 Fuchual Maeira, Portugal. From a simple young teen to becoming a famous megastar he has shown off his super soccer skills. He started off his career from a club known as Sporting Clube de Portugal. He is also known for being involved in humanitarian works and helping and donating goods for poor and needy people. Later, he planned on moving to Manchester United where he was honored by receiving a number 7 jersey which was worn by many legends before him. One of the most commonly known soccer club known as Real Madrid finally bought him and Ronaldo soon became the most expensive player of all times Criatiani Ronaldo was the Ballon d'Or winnter of 2008, World Soccer player of 2008, Goal.com player of the year of 2008 and 2012, PFA Young Player of the year 2006-07 and much more. Ronaldo even owns a soccer related fashion boutique known as CR7 in Portugal.
After all this research about soccer I got to know a lot of interesting facts about soccer. Still, I think I got to learn as much as possible about this. On of the things I am still concerned about is FIFA and other interesting facts about it that I'm not aware of. These include: deeper history of all the FIFA world cups, How did FIFA started to expand and it's worldwide popularity- the main factors behind that, Where does FIFA is currently planning to promote it's identity, and How has it helped other organizations through donations. One other thing I am willing to look up is about the famous soccer players who have brought up the popularity of Soccer. Those awesome players include: Ronaldo-Brazil and Beckham-Manchester United.

  5. Arabic music is usually said to have begun in the 7th century in Syria during the Umayyed dynasty.
  6. Early Arabic music was influenced by byzantine,Indian and persian forms, which were themselves heavily influenced by earlier Greek, semitic, and ancient Egypt music.
  7.  The phrygian dominant scale may often feature an altered note or two in parts to create tension.

I have learn a lot of interesting facts about Pakistani weddings. I learned how they celebrate ti. Also about their traditions in weddings. There weddings are very fun and huge, and they have a lot of customs. Traditional Pakistani wedding's celebrations lasts four days. Pakistani weddings are very similar to Indian weddings, but very different from American weddings. Every bride and groom wears nice and colorful dresses on their weddings. I learned there are many celebrations those are not part of the Islamic foundations. In most of the weddings women wear a red color dress on their reception day. They have many customs such as mehndi, nikkah, baraat, ruksati and walima are main ones. Some of pakistani wedding traditions are based on the rules that are defined in the holy Quran. A marriage is a relationship between a man and a woman in every culture. A Pakistani weddings are often very big and its entertaining. Most of people like arrange marriage in Pakistan.

  1. How Pakistani weddings are similar to Indian weddings?
  2. Where are all the traditions in Pakistani weddings came from?
  3. How are Pakistani weddings different from other culture's weddings?

Music #2

How did music start?

Music goes back to prehistoric times. Early humans figured out how to make sounds by blowing in hollow pieces of wood or banging things together. Eventually, stringed instruments were created from bits of vine or animal gut. Drums were advanced using animal skins as well.

i find this interesting because i didn't know that they didn't have instruments back then.

Cars #5

I have learned a lot of new and interesting facts and figures about automobiles. After researching and looking up bunch of information about cars it made much easier for me to write about it. I also got to known a lot of history and some of the cool historic facts about cars. The basic definition of an automobile that I learned is that it a vehicle with at least four wheels that has the maximum capacity for two to four people to fit in. The history of the early cars was super unique and interesting. The basic history of earlier cars basically started at the early ages of 1769 with the great succession of a steam powered vehicle. One of the other types of the automobiles that got me interested were the old fashioned electric powered cars. Soon, the concept of assembly line system was brought in many of the factories.
The idea was mostly spread by Henry Ford which began in 1914. Ford company was the first one to develop an affordable car especially for middle class society of that time. His Model T was highly appreciated by other Americans. Ford sold enough Model Ts to earn the best known person at that time. Between 1908 and 1927, Ford sold over 15 million Model Ts which also contributed in his popularity and success as well. At first, the cost of Model T was about $850 but soon Ford managed to reduce the amount to $300. As the time is passing by, the new generation cars are getting more reliable, effective  facilitation  nicer, lighter weight and fancier day by day. The prices are going up as well which can be hard for some people to afford. I also focused and researched more on the specific functions and features of some of the cool cars.
I researched and learned more about the racing cars and what makes them so special and different than the regular cars. The sport of auto racing first started in 1890s where most races were held on the regular roads. The auto racing organization was established in France during 1895. It is mostly used to check the speed and performance of the vehicle. The greatest automobile racing is the Indianapolis 500. In auto racing, the most important piece of safety equipment for a driver is his helmet. The Federation Internationale de I' Automobile (FIA) regulates the automobile racing in over 95 countries throughout the world. The Automobile Competition Committee for United States (ACCUS) governs U.S racing as being part of FIA.
I also got learn more about the traffic collisions and really affects them. Some of the major factors that contribute in the traffic collisions include the vehicle design, road design or type of environment, and driver's own skills to drive. Worldwide it was estimated in 2004 that 1.2 million people were killed and 50 million more were injured due to the motor vehicle collisions Driver impairment describes factors that prevent the driver from driving at it's normal level which includes alcohol, sleep deprivation, drug use, old age or any kind of other distraction. World's first car accident occurred on 31 August 1869.
Even though through researching and looking up information about cars, I still feel like I haven't gotten much further. I want to learn as much as I possibly can about the cars since this are one of the most amazing technology I have ever learned or heard about. Some of the possible topics that I want to focus more on is who and why people even thought about developing something like automobiles, Why do accidents are happening so often now a days, Does the car prices have to do anything with the current economy, and lastly I would like to know more about why some cars have more success over others.

Second, we have more and more people in our Earth now, it is very important to find other planet which people can live in. Third, some of the scientists said there must has extraterrestrial civilization in our Milky Way.
For next quarter, I want to learn some cases about the alien contact in all over the world, and historical discovery which can support the point of alien arrive the earth.

The another point is: the government maybe hid something to us for some unknown reason. The people have the right to know the truth.

Immigration to Brazil

I read about the immigration to Brazil. The official language of Brazil is Portuguese. It is spoken by about 99% of the population, making it one of the strongest elements of national identity. There are only some Amerindian groups and small pockets of immigrants who do not speak Portuguese. Immigration properly started with the opening of the Brazilian ports.  After independence from Portugal, the Brazilian Empire focused on the occupation of the provinces of Southern Brazil. It was mainly because Southern Brazil had a small population, vulnerable to attacks by Argentina. immigrants were more and more attracted to the coffee plantations of São Paulo, where they became employees or were allowed to cultivate small tracts of land in exchange for their work in the coffee crop. This also coincided with the decreasing availability of better land in southern Brazil - while the German immigrants arriving in the previous period occupied the valleys of the rivers, the Italians arriving in the last quarter of the century settled the mountainous regions of the state. large numbers of Europeans, especially Italians, started to be brought to the country to work in the harvest of coffee.

Arabic dance #2

Belly dance is a Western-coined name for a traditional Middle Eastern dance, especially raqs sharqi. It is sometimes also called Middle Eastern dance or Arabic dance. As with any dance of folkloric origin, the roots of belly dance are uncertain. One theory is that belly dance was originally danced by women for women in the Levant, and North Africa. This theory is very popular in Western dance schools because it helps counteract negative sexual stereotyping, but there is no written evidence to support it. The book "Dancer of Shamahka" is widely cited, but it is in fact, a romanticized memoir written by a modern author, Armen Ohanian, published in 1918. In Middle Eastern society two specific belly dance movements have been used in childbirth for generations, but this is not sufficient evidence to prove that belly dancing arose from birthing rituals – the birthing rituals could equally have arisen from belly dancing.

Traffic Collision And the Factors Involved #4

  • Some of the major factors that contribute in greater risk of auto collisions include vehicle design, road design, road environment, driver's own skill.
  • Traffic collisions can be classified by these general types and these types include: head-on, road departure, rear-end, side collisions, and it can also occur due to rollovers
  • Many different terms are commonly used to describe the vehicle collision such as: motor vehicle accidents (MVA), motor vehicle traffic collision (MVTC), road traffic accident or collision (RTA) (RTC) respectively and many more
  • Worldwide it was estimated in 2004 that 1.2 million people were killed (2.2% of all deaths) and 50 million more were injured due to the motor vehicle collisions
  • Human factors are one of the most important cause that could possibly contribute in the road collisions. Human factors are usually described as all the possible factors related to the driver and the other road users that may contribute in road collisions
  • A French global insurance group known as AXA concluded in one of his surveys that Irish drivers are very safety-conscious relative to the other European drivers

What Makes Society Just ?

A ruler in society is responsible for creating rules and regulations for society. Also I think ruler is responsible for  society's rights, and how to make it's society happy and wealthy. The ruler has to just the society. I think people are not naturally born with good or bad. In my opinion the government should control the taxes and economy. A society is just by law and equal rights. Everyone has to follow the law and that makes society just. Also equal rights are very important in ruling the society.

I think Confucianism is the best for making sure people behave good because it is the learning from others and in relationships.

what makes a society just?

I think Daoism is the best because It's natural living. For example we should be nice to each other. So if we are all nice, we won't be bad.

dao ke dao, fei chang dao

i think daoism is the best because they are taught to act is not good for natural. for example, water surface is flat when you are not touch it, but i will change when you touch it.obey the rule of natural, dont do anything, this is the way of daoism

What makes society just?

I think that Daoism would make society just because if they learn how to appriciate nature i think that people would not be as violent. The reason i didn't choose legalism is because i think that people want to do the wrong thing (go against the rules) because they might find it wrong or they just want to act tough and meanwhile in daoism you just appreciate what you have and what you live around with.

Soccer #3

The First FIFA World Cup

Fédération Internationale de Football Association, more commonly known as FIFA is basically a football organization that holds Soccer (football) tournaments throughout the world. This is a tournament that happens once every 4 years. The FIFA World Cup is bigger than Olympics especially for Soccer players. From the beginning till present, FIFA World Cup is becoming one of the most watched tournament even though it happens once every 4 years. So, how did it all start?? What lead to the birth of the FIFA World Cup and how did it become one of the most watched tournament??
Well, before the FIFA World Cup, there was only one tournament for Soccer players which the Olympic Football Tournament. But after the huge success of that tournament, FIFA wanted to establish a tournament specifically for Soccer. So, FIFA sent some surveys to the association. There was a meeting held to decided whether or not let FIFA organize those tournaments and finally in Amsterdam on May 28, 1928 the FIFA Congress decided to stage the World Cup which was going to be organized by none other than FIFA. So the FIFA Congress decided that the first every World Cup was going to be hosted by Uruguay. The FIFA Congress even thanked Uruguay for hosting the World Cup just because of that crises in Europe during that time period. The first World Cup was the beginning of the new era of soccer. FIFA World Cup started to become more and more popular and because of that lots of countries wanted to host the next tournament. This lead to a decrease in the popularity of the Olympic Football Tournament and due to this it was abandoned. Italy was given the honor to host the second FIFA World Cup in which there were going to be 16 teams participating. For this tournament there were no groups and there were only knockout stages meaning if one of the team lost their first match, unfortunately they were going to be out of the tournament. Italy won that World Cup by defeating Czechoslovakia at extra time. Italy won the World Cup in class by becoming the first team to win the Cup at their own home. The next World Cup was hosted by France but unfortunately France didn't fully take the home advantage and so they lost resulting in Italy successfully defending their crown. However there was a huge gap between the third and the fourth World Cup because of World War II. Due to that the fourth World Cup was staged in 1949 in Brazil.
So, what did I learn after reading this article? Well, I learned a lot of stuff from this article. First of all I learned that  how did the organization FIFA held their first ever FIFA World Cup because at first I didn't know when and where the first one was held but after reading the article, I know all that. Another interesting thing that I learned was about the second World Cup in which only 16 teams competed against each other and in which there were no group stages. This was what I never expected was going to happen because usually there are group stages in World Cup but I guess this was the first one without it. Lastly, the most important thing of all was when there was a huge gap between the third and fourth World Cup because FIFA World Cups are always held after every 4 years but just because of World War II it was delayed by a huge margin.
As time passes, the more Soccer popularity expands because nowadays FIFA is trying to promote soccer by hosting the World Cups in Asia, Middle East and Aftica. In-fact the 2010 FIFA World Cup was hosted by South Africa so that it gets promoted there and the 2018 FIFA World Cup is planned to be hosted by Qatar. So as time progresses, soccer will become popular in every single continent on this planet and there will be a time when the FIFA World Cups would lead the host country to good economic conditions just because of the vast majority of people watching it.

Chinese Painting #3

In this article I learned changes in Chinese painting in differenst time period.  The earliest paintings were just patterns or design, like spirals, zigzags, dots or lines.  The early pottery were painted in a similar way.  From the Warring States Period (475-221 BC), the painting style started to change.  The painters started to paint the world around them.  Artists from the Han (202 BC) to the Tang (618-906) dynasties started to paint human figures.  We know this from discovered the early paainting inside the tomb. They often painted on the tomb wall, silk banners, etc.  Tomb painting is to protect the dead to have peace at heaven, or to show how rich the family were.  Some of the tomb paintings are well preserved, so the scientist can study from it.  Now at the modern China,  artists started to using new techniques.
One thing that I found interesting is the painting Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival by Zhang Zeduan in Song Dysnaty.  This is the only but famou painting he left.  It's unbelievable huge.  (25.5 by 525 cm=q10 in by 17 ft 3 in)  Is captured the daily life in the city, Kaifeng.  The painting included hundreds of people, livestocks,  up to sixty buildings, bridges, boats, and yet, everyone of them are different.  This is why this painting is so amazing.
